Call for Papers

The 8th Collaborative European Research Conference (CERC 2023)

Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB), Barcelona, Spain

June 09 – 10, 2023

The multidisciplinary Collaborative European Research Conference (CERC) is an annual event that takes place since 2011 when it was initiated by University partners across Europe. It brings together researchers from a wide range of disciplines in order to foster
knowledge transfer, inter-disciplinary exchange and collaboration.

We invite researchers to submit extended abstracts or full papers and to attend the conference. We especially welcome early stage researchers to present new research topics.

To support the range of options, and flexibility needed in the current situation, we will offer a hybrid conference experience. You do not need to commit either to a place-based or virtual presentation at the time of submission.

We invite the submission of long (10 pages) and short (6 pages) papers on substantial, original, and unpublished research in all aspects of computer science, biology, bioinformatics, business information systems, marketing, IT-security, civil engineering,
education, psychology, law, multimedia, art, etc.

Contributing students came from Ireland, Germany, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Norway, France, Spain, Greece, Turkey, India, USA, UAE, etc.

Accepted contributions will be published in digital proceedings with an ISSN number – it is intended that publications shall be submitted to CEUR-WS for online publication, indexed among other at DBLP, Scopus, Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar. A prize for the best paper and best presentation will be awarded during the conference closing on June 9, 2023.

CERC 2023 has the goal of a broad research program. Relevant topics for the conference include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
